Meals On The Go

I know alot of us have very busy lives.  Eating sometimes get placed on the back burner.  I found out a milk shake idea, that is nutritious, easy to make and very tasty.  It's a banana, oatmeal, almond shake.  I'm telling you, after you have this it feels like you've had a whole meal. And it's not time consuming at all.
